It is a very good thing to do on a regular basis. It is something we need to do on a regular basis. It will keep us from being self-deceived and waste a lot of time, money, and energy.
We have all heard the words “Experience is the best teacher.” Or maybe something about “learning in the school of hard knocks.” Likely there are other pithy sayings out there on how we learn about life.
This Lord’s Day evening we are privileged to have Stan Allaby preach for us. Pastor Stan was baptized, interned, and ordained at QBC and it is always a delight to host him in our pulpit. He will be preaching on a topic of greatest importance – eternity.
