All of us have a past. Yes, of course, we have a past, but I am referring to a past we may not be too proud off; things in our past we are ashamed over, embarrassed by, and would not want anyone to know.
We continue our study of 1 John looking again at fellowship with God. It is a fellowship of joy. Does that define us? Are we enjoying the Lord? We hope to look at what it means to enjoy fellowship with the living God.
This Lord’s Day morning, we continue our study of the Apostle Paul’s first prayer for the believers in Ephesus. In verse eighteen, he prays for believers “to have the eyes of their understanding open” and in this verse is a wonderful insight on the spiritual life. Our look this Lord’s Day will be toward three qualities of a Biblical spiritual life.
