Jim Sole serves as the Pastor of Shepherding and Outreach. He came to QBC after completing 24 years of active duty in the United States Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer.  He completed his undergraduate work at Liberty University with additional studies at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Jim began serving QBC as the assistant pastor in 2002, assuming his current role in 2005. Pastor Jim’s desire is to see QBC be a church unashamedly and wholeheartedly committed to the whole counsel of the Word of God in its ministries and practices.  He and his wife Joy have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
