Our church motto is Pleasing God, Making Disciples of Jesus Christ. It is located above our choir loft for all to see each Lord’s Day as a scriptural reminder of our purpose as a body of believers in Jesus Christ. The motto compliments our vision and is rooted in two specific portions of the Word of God.

THESSALONIANS 4:1 - Paul desired for the Thessalonians to abound more and more in their Christian walk and for the purpose of PLEASING GOD. We strive to please God and to be thoroughly committed to that highest standard in all human activity.

MATTHEW 28:20 - Our Lord Jesus prior to His ascension commands His followers to be about the privilege and responsibility of MAKING DISCIPLES. We strive to ensure we not only present the Gospel, but to challenge unbelievers to become committed disciples of Jesus Christ following Him for a lifetime.
