This Lord’s Day morning, we continue our study of the Apostle Paul’s first prayer for the believers in Ephesus. His initial petition is that they would know God deeper and in doing so understand more what He has in store for His people who seek to know Him more. .
This Lord’s Day evening we continue our study of 1 John looking at fellowship with God and particularly, what are things keeping us from enjoying Him in such fellowship that He desires and has provided for in His Son, the Lord Jesus.
This Lord’s Day morning, we continue our study of the Apostle Paul’s first prayer for the believers in Ephesus. His initial petition is that they would know God deeper meaning they already knew Him. Is this how and what we pray for – to know God more? We hope to look at reasons from Ephesians 1 that will prompt and shape us to pray as we see from the Apostle Paul.

John states “God is spirit, God is light” and “God is love.” These statements establish the importance of theology – the study of God. – because we cannot walk with Him we know little about.
