This is a helpful little book from a pastor who knows hurt and suffering to great depths. The book is transparent, practical, and rich in Biblical truth showing us how to minister to those around us in deep pain.
David Powlison is a godly Biblical counselor and I strongly recommend all Christians read God’s Grace in Your Suffering. It’s perspective benefits us all.
This book by Steve Hoppe presents a honest exposure of the sin of heart idolatry. Christians can make idols of anything, if we elevate them above Christ.
