Four Characteristics in the Born-Again Person

Characteristic #1 – Paul was sought by Jesus. He did not initiate the encounter.

Characteristic #2 – The newborn has another form of breathing. It is called prayer. There is this impulse to seek God in prayer by the Holy Spirit and it will grow.

Characteristic #3 – A holy boldness, even a sense, “I cannot contain myself, I must tell people about Jesus.”
