The text is 1 Thessalonians 1:3-10. In the previous sermon, Pastor Jim covered how Peter establishes and defines in these opening verses our relationship to God as Father. Now he dives into an analysis of what Peter says about our inheritance that is based on our relationship. That inheritance is our Lord Jesus and He embodies: A living hope, an imperishable, undefiled, unfading inheritance; and a secure salvation.
