It is a very good thing to do on a regular basis. It is something we need to do on a regular basis. It will keep us from being self-deceived and waste a lot of time, money, and energy.
So, what do we believe is the only hope for our nation, a nation that has been “shaking its fists” at God for a very long time, a nation that breaks His laws and celebrates such rebellion, a nation that devalues life, a nation that promotes ungodly leadership, and a nation that practices sexual perversion with no shame?
In today’s scripture, the Apostle Paul reminds us of what is always true when acceptable service is given to the Lord; we grow weary.
Alright, start listing them. Yes, the theme of today’s nugget. Let’s start listing all the reasons for praising the Lord. We have many reasons to praise the Lord and all through eternity to do so!
Let’s pause for a moment for a little reflection Take the truth of today’s scripture – nothing is hidden before God; and the words of Jesus – all will come to light someday, and that day being Judgment Day and ask of ourselves two questions.
