THEME OF THE DAY: WHEN TRIALS COME. The title of today’s devotion is a modern-day hymn sung in many churches.  We sing it in mine.  It was produced by Keith and Kristyn Getty.  It is a rich biblical devotion all of itself.  Perhaps you might want to find it on YouTube and sing along.  Regardless, as we go through the many trials in life, think on the wonderful and encouraging lyrics that follow . . .

 PRAYER:  Lord, may I see trials for what they are – tokens of Your love to teach me of Your grace and power.

REFLECTION:  Trials make us spiritually bitter or spiritually better.  We choose by our actions and attitudes.
